We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our culinary team as a Junior Chef.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to take their first step in a career in the hospitality industry.Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the preparation of daily menus and food production in different kitchen sections.Assist with menu planning and food preparation in line with hotel standards.Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and maintain high levels of food quality and presentation.Support the service team during meal periods, ensuring seamless delivery of food to customers.Working closely with the senior chefs, you will assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and inventory control procedures.
