Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a company-wide Quality Management Strategy ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement principles.Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and transparency expected of a listed company.Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement to enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder confidence.Establish quality frameworks for planning, control, assurance, and improvement applying methodologies such as TQM, Lean, and Six Sigma.Oversee quality plans, audits, and system reviews to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy, business plan, and disclosure obligations.Review and enhance governance framework including policies, SLAs, and core processes to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.Corporate Performance Reporting Support development of corporate and functional scorecards in alignment with the approved strategy and business plan.Lead reporting of KPIs ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable performance updates including variance analysis and proposed corrective actions.Guide business units in formulating KPIs that align with organizational objectives and drive strategic execution.Maintain a structured database of performance results and provide analysis on trends to support strategic decision-making.
