Monitor agent listings and ensure properties are clearly visible on property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubbizzle. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results. Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business strategies. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on team performance, market trends, and key metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property campaigns. Ensure superior service in all levels of the transaction. Attend networking and property events to ensure visibility. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the Dubai secondary real estate market. Strong background in both sales and leasing of residential properties. Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role. Presentable with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market. In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
