Facilities Operations Specialist

The Facilities Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and assets. This involves overseeing technical operations and maintenance activities, including inspections, auditing, and service provider management.Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, planning and coordinating with service providers, and inspecting maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contractual levels.Coordinate with Service Providers on developing FM monthly reports for respective facilities and assets.Evaluate and recommend preventive measures to prevent future failures.Review training & development plan of Service Providers.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.5 years' experience, preferably in Facilities Management and Estate Management or Construction oversight and delivery.Experience working with MEP systems, SAP, and CAFM preferred.
