To coordinate and expedite the planned activities on data projects with Project Management Office and deliver the data management objectives. To assist the Head of Data in strategic, governance, and technical aspects of Data Management in the Bank. Job Accountabilities Description Design, develop and execute Enterprise Datawarehouse, Data Mart, and other data management and reporting projects, considering Data Governance Framework and Regulations. End to end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Data Management Collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with the data management project objectives and organizational strategies. Facilitate communication and coordination among cross functional teams to achieve data management project goals. Identify and escalate potential risks, issues, and challenges, and propose solutions, and seek management support to avoid adverse impact to data management projects. Analyze current Data Management processes, repetitive or underlying issues, and recommend improvements for increased efficiency. Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders providing regular updates on data management project status, milestones and potential challenges. Manage stakeholders' expectations and ensure alignment with Data Management objectives. Providing guidance & support to others on data management strategy, tools, or processes. People & Stakeholders Management Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution Data Management Risks & Issues Management Qualifications, Experience & Skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience At least 5 years' experience in Banking Data Management projects: design, execution, and delivery; hands on experience in Enterprise Data warehousing and Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence Projects. Job Specific Skills Proficiency in working with enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance. Proficiency in designing and delivering data analytics and business intelligence use cases. Skills in managing data management and AI driven data analytics projects in Cloud platforms. Preferred Certification / Training Professional certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or certifications in data governance and analytics tools. Generic Skills Requirements Excellent skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word).
