Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician Supervisor to lead and oversee the technical team in delivering top-tier automotive services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on technical background, and the ability to ensure high-quality service delivery across a range of automotive solutions. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily operations of the technical team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of automotive systems and components, including electrical, mechanical, and specialized parts. Ensure compliance with company protocols, safety standards, and industry best practices. Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to maintain a skilled and motivated team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and technical workflows. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and address any issues promptly. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and specialized installations. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse technical team.
