HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance across our property management operations.Key Responsibilities: Handle recruitment and onboarding for office and field staff.Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.Support employee engagement and grievance handling.Assist with training and performance documentation.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.2+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or service sectors.Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
