Help Desk Specialist - IT Infrastructure
Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees in our office.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365 applications, as well as experience with networking concepts including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and cabling. Experience with Fortinet/Forti Gate firewalls is also a plus.Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure workstations for new employees, including hardware, software, and network access Troubleshoot and resolve common Microsoft product issues (Windows, Office 365, Teams, Outlook, One Drive, etc.)Provide first-line support for IT-related issues (hardware, software, and connectivity)Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure regular updates and maintenance Assist with user access management (password resets, account setup, etc.)Support and maintain local network infrastructure (basic troubleshooting, patching, etc.)Evaluate and implement improvements to our IT processes and procedures Requirements1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Relevant certifications (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Fortinet NSE) is a plus Benefits Opportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking, synergistic, and innovative team Exposure to cutting-edge projects driving Middle East / North African regions development Personalized professional growth and developmental avenues tailored to your career aspirations
