Dairy Farm Manager Job Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dairy Farm Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal science and farm management, with a proven track record of successfully managing dairy farms. Responsibilities include: Managing all activities taking place on the farm Monitoring and managing the health, breeding, and nutrition of the cattle herd Implementing and overseeing vaccination programs and disease prevention strategies Maintaining accurate records of individual animal health and production data Assisting junior staff in achieving goals Setting work schedules for employees Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures for all stages of milk production Developing and managing budgets for the cattle farm operation Monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maximising profitability Candidate Requirements: Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science or related field10+ years of experience as a Farm Manager or similar role Knowledge of cattle breeding, nutrition, and health management practices Knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance Familiarity with pasture management and rotational grazing techniques Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks Strong organisational and problem-solving skills We offer a competitive package including: Medical Insurance30 days paid annual leave Gratuity pay-out If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your CV for consideration.
