You will be responsible for ensuring guests are delighted by the quality, creativity, and variety of our beverage offerings.Key responsibilities include serving guests in accordance with our standards and quality, maintaining a well-stocked bar, providing excellent customer service, experimenting with new cocktails and seasonal menus, and training team members on mixology techniques.Create innovative and classic cocktails Maintain a fully stocked bar with all necessary ingredients, garnishes, and supplies Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and recommending drinks Experiment with new cocktails and seasonal menus Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Train and mentor team members on mixology techniques Requirements: Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end establishment Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic ingredients Ability to create unique and visually appealing cocktails Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment About this Role This is a full-time position that requires a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
