The successful candidate will assist with core HR functions, administrative tasks, and regional initiatives across the MENACAT region.Provide support to experienced HR professionals in various aspects of the HR function, including policy development, compliance, and project assistance.Contribute to creating a regional policy library and supporting the auditing process for policies and regulations.Maintain employee digital files and utilize AI workplace tools to enhance efficiency.Support various HR projects, including employer branding, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.Help organize and promote employee wellbeing calendar and initiatives.Assist in organizing and facilitating learning activities and HR workshops.Ensure accuracy of key dashboard data and correct reporting of information.Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
