Job Description: Becoming an Academic English Instructor This role seeks highly skilled and experienced educators to join our institution's Preparatory Year Program as English Language Instructors. Successful candidates will possess a strong teaching record, research experience, academic advising skills, and community engagement capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver student-centered English language lectures at the preparatory level.Implement innovative teaching methods and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes.Conduct high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals.Participate actively in academic advising, mentoring, and administrative functions.Support the institution's community service and social responsibility initiatives.Stay up-to-date with educational and technological advancements in the field.Perform academic duties assigned by the Program Head and College Leadership.Requirements: Education: A Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Linguistics / Applied Linguistics / English Language Teaching from a recognized university.TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification is highly desirable.Any additional certified training in the field is an advantage.Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of full-time teaching experience at the undergraduate level in reputable academic institutions.A proven record in curriculum development, quality assurance, and outcome-based education.Experience in academic coordination or program leadership is a plus.Other Requirements: A strong publication record (attach list of publications).Submission of Teaching Philosophy and Research Statement.Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills.Valid residency status in the UAE or willingness to transfer visa sponsorship.Benefits: The successful candidate will contribute to the academic and developmental goals of the institution.
