Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Kitchen Utility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock maintenance, banquet plating, and food service.Key Responsibilities Supervise kitchen staff not actively engaged in cooking, including dishwashers and kitchen helpers.Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and employee morale.Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with 4 years of experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related fields.Excellent organizational and communication skills.What We Offer In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive compensation package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
