Job Title: Ground Operations Specialist The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ground Operations Specialist to join our team. The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver Ground Operations Learning and Development interventions for all areas of the company as determined by the Training Manager. To act as a role model for ground operations excellence in terms of actions, behaviour and appearance.Key Accountabilities: Training Delivery: Deliver training ensuring that staff are motivated and encouraged to exceed expectations by the training delivered.System Familiarization: Ensure staff are fully skilled on the use of all systems and equipment.Compliance Awareness: Ensure staff are fully aware of compliance policies and procedures for Air Transport Regulations, Customer Airlines, and regulators' procedures.Change Management: Properly brief staff on all changes to product and procedures.On-the-job Coaching: Coach staff at the place of work.Ad-hoc Training: Deliver adhoc training sessions on the shift rota and at the place of work as determined by the Training Manager.Procedure Explanation: Explain procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety and company policy requirements.Training Materials Review: Work with the Training Manager to continually monitor and assess training materials, ensuring all changes in policy, operational requirements, and legislation are incorporated.High Standards: Ensure all training is conducted to the highest standards, ensuring security, safety, and service standards are maintained.Reporting: Provide accurate and comprehensive reporting as required.Communication: Communicate with relevant line managers to ensure maximum staff attendance for training.Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance while on duty to ensure adherence to company policies and trained procedures.
