Senior Manager Category We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to oversee key categories of goods and services essential in our business operations. This strategic role will focus on optimizing procurement and supply chain processes, ensuring performance quality, and compliance.Develop and execute category management strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends.Conduct market research to analyze supply market dynamics and identify opportunities.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure favorable terms while managing risks.Lead contract negotiations to manage category budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement aligned with financial targets.Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans when needed.Required Skills: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field.Masters degree in a related field is preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g. CPSM, CIPS) is a must.8 to 12 years experience if you hold a Bachelors.4 to 6 years experience if you hold a Masters.Experience in category management or supply chain roles with a proven track record of managing key categories and leading procurement initiatives.Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software (e.g. ERP systems like SAP, Oracle).Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.What We Offer: We foster creativity and innovation by encouraging team participation in idea generation and promote institutional sustainability through team engagement and strategic proposal submissions.About the Role: This Senior Manager role requires a results-driven professional with exceptional leadership skills to drive category management initiatives and lead cross-functional supply chain projects.Apply Today:
