Senior Financial Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to support our accounting team in managing day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and assist with financial reporting and compliance.Key Responsibilities: Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records.Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers.Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits.Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.Support the accountant or finance manager in budgeting and forecasting tasks.Monitor petty cash and ensure timely replenishment.Ensure compliance with VAT and UAE financial regulations.Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years in an accounting or finance role (UAE experience preferred).Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, or ERP systems).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).Availability: Immediately available candidates will be preferred.Benefits: Competitive salary Health insurance and paid leave Professional development opportunities Supportive team and work environment
