We are seeking a proactive and passionate GRMS Technician to ensure our computers are installed properly, working efficiently, and protected from cyber threats.A Day in the Life: Ensure all work follows safe work practices and procedures.Respond immediately to work requests concerning Health and Safety.Respond promptly to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.Operate, maintain, and program all GRMS components and cabling.Evaluate equipment usage and energy efficiency, and respond accordingly.Complete work orders diligently, maintaining a daily logbook, shop drawings, programming files, equipment catalogues, and tagging directories.Complete tasks assigned by the IT Director or delegate.Maintain health and safety documentation and records.Report and document safety hazards.Participate in emergency response as directed.Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science from a reputable institution.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and statistical skills, demonstrated through experience with spreadsheets.Strong knowledge of hotel technology principles and practices.Familiarity with organizational design models and decision-making frameworks.Effective presentation, communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with management and colleagues.Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, full uniform, impressive room discounts, and comprehensive training.
