HVAC Specialist

We're searching for a skilled Heating Ventilation and Refrigeration Specialist to perform repairs on air-conditioning systems in our facilities. The role involves responding to guest repair requests and communicating with guests or staff to resolve maintenance issues.A typical day includes: Maintaining high-performance hotel equipment, building, and assets to reduce breakdowns.Reporting any misuse of hotel equipment and assets to supervisors.Undertaking proactive tasks within our preventative maintenance program.Inspecting and rectifying issues in public areas and plant rooms.Monitoring utilities and reporting failures or shortages.Maintaining proper documentation and reports.Responding to maintenance requests from departments.Checking lighting and energy consumption, and identifying water leaks.Participating in planning and scheduling maintenance activities.Ensuring the use of energy-efficient products.Required skills and qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.Proven knowledge in installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and fault rectification of HVAC systems.What we offer: Competitive salary, full uniform, room discounts, and comprehensive training.
