Dedicated Guest Experience Specialist

\Experience the satisfaction of providing exceptional guest experiences as a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant. In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable space throughout their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in creating unforgettable memories for our visitors.\Responsibilities: \\To provide hotel guests with immaculate rooms and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.\Collect all required reports, pagers, and keys from the housekeeping office at the beginning of each shift.\Maintain a well-organized pantry and work area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.\Inspect vacant rooms and report any discrepancies, breakages, or missing items promptly.\Clean guest rooms, corridors, and service areas according to designated priorities and standards.\Take good care of cleaning equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.\Make efficient use of cleaning supplies and agents.\Report guest complaints and maintenance issues to the supervisor or housekeeping office immediately.\Handle lost and found items properly, documenting relevant details.\Segregate waste at the compactor room before ending each shift.\Return all reports, pagers, and keys to the housekeeping office at the end of each shift and inform the floor supervisor.\Report any outstanding matters before signing off.\Participate in environmental improvement programs and adhere to safety protocols.\Use personal protective equipment correctly and follow company regulations.\Assist in training and development initiatives as recommended by senior management.\Comply with reasonable requests made by management.\\Required Skills and Qualifications: \\A warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset.\The ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs while being professional and welcoming.\Excellent organizational skills and time management.\\Benefits: \\A dynamic and supportive work environment.\Ongoing training and development opportunities.\\Other Information: \\No remote work option available.\Full-time employment opportunity.\\This is a fantastic chance to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
