Senior Cargo Capacity Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage the cargo capacity management function. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of available capacity across our network.Key Responsibilities Develops and implements cargo capacity management strategies to optimize load factors, yields, and revenue performance Manages system-wide capacity planning and allocation processes in alignment with commercial forecasts and operational realities Oversees daily and seasonal capacity performance analysis to identify areas for improvement Ensures efficient coordination between Pricing, Network Planning, and Operations Control teams Defines and monitors overbooking parameters to minimize losses Evaluates and approves cargo charter requests based on business needs Leads capacity management team in evaluating and allocating capacity Ensures accurate updates of capacity data in systems used by the organization Supports initiatives to enhance and automate capacity management processes Drives performance management of capacity staff Requirements Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Strong analytical and technical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
