Project Engineer Role The role of Project Engineer is a key position within our organization, directly reporting to Senior Project Manager. You will be based in Abu Dhabi and work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to utilize your experience to support the project management team with pre-sales/estimation.As an Experienced Project Engineer, you will have complex knowledge in designing and executing security systems solutions involving Access Control/CCTV, Data LAN, PAVA, and other LV systems. You will conduct site surveys for assigned territories and involve subcontractors for installation works.As a Project Engineer, you will prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. Daily interaction with clients will be required to interpret their needs and requirements, representing them in the field.Key Requirements Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Similar Discipline from a reputable university.Minimum of 4 years project engineering experience in execution of low voltage security and telecom systems.Comprehensive knowledge of low current systems including Access Control, CCTV, Data LAN, Fire Detection, Intercom, PAVA, Intruder Alarm, Telephone System, etc.Good interpersonal, negotiation, labor management, and influencing skills.Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, planning, project costing, and execution skills.Determine cost estimate targets during design and development process, recommending cost-effective solutions.Proven ability to produce high-quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use.Clear understanding of contractual documents/obligations and preparation of official communications with Client/Vendors.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
