Job Title: Key Player in the Luxury Bar Scene The Senior Bartender is a pivotal role at our luxury hotel bar, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position involves crafting premium beverages, maintaining high standards of service and presentation, and setting an engaging atmosphere.Beverage Quality and Service: Create and serve a diverse range of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks to the highest standards.Offer personalized recommendations and engage with guests to create memorable bar experiences.Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service.Bar Operations and Management: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and mise-en-place meet hotel standards and local regulations.Efficiently manage stock levels, requisitions, and par levels.Supervise and guide bartenders during service.Training and Development: Sponsor training and development of new team members, ensuring product knowledge and service excellence.Contribute to creating new cocktails and seasonal beverage menus that reflect current trends and the bar's concept.Accountability and Efficiency: Monitor beverage costs and wastage, proposing measures to improve efficiency.Comply with licensing laws, health and safety, and responsible service of alcohol guidelines.About this Role: This position requires up-to-date knowledge of mixology techniques, premium spirits, and luxury beverage offerings.
