Advanced Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide advanced technical support for complex systems.The ideal candidate will have experience with Ellucian Banner and Argos Evisions reporting tool, as well as proficiency in Oracle SQL.Responsibilities: Manage and support the Ellucian Banner System: Provide functional support to users; configure general setup and end-of-term processes; enhance system performance by offering developmental solutions.Develop reports using Argos - Evisions reporting tool: Design and develop reports based on business requirements; enhance work processes by creating reports using advanced features.Write database queries using Oracle SQL: Write PL/SQL and SQL queries for data analysis and extraction.Maintenance and development: Perform regular system updates; identify system weaknesses and provide related reports and recommendations.User support: Offer periodic training sessions; prepare user guides; provide support in resolving daily issues.
