Young Road Design Specialist

Job Opportunity This role is part of a program aimed at developing young engineers in the field of road design. The position involves working closely with senior engineers to prepare project scope and design criteria.Assist experienced engineers in preparing scope of works documents and project design criteria.Apply quality assurance procedures to ensure sound and coordinated design across disciplines.Gain experience in road design, including plans, profiles, typical sections, cross sections, and signage.Utilize presentation software to create reports and progress updates.Demonstrate strong communication and technical writing skills.Develop proficiency in road design software.Familiarity with engineering standards, codes of practice, and local guidelines is advantageous.The ideal candidate will be a UAE National holding a valid family book and have a strong passion for road design.
