Senior Specialist in Digital Transformation We are seeking highly skilled and experienced specialists to join our team on a contractual basis for digital transformation projects within a banking environment. Process Redesign and Optimization: Analyze and redesign banking business processes for digital transformation, ensuring optimal customer experience, efficiency and alignment with digital strategies. The primary focus of this role is to design and reengineer business processes for digitalization and automation, aligning with strategic goals of enhancing efficiency and customer experience in banking services. Key Responsibilities: Apply Enterprise Design Thinking methodologies to innovate and improve banking processes. Collaborate in a Scrum environment to facilitate agile project management and iterative development. Conduct thorough process analysis and create detailed models representing current and future states. Document all processes meticulously and conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and compliance issues. Engage with various stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and management, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
