Event Production Manager Role The Event Production Manager will oversee the full production lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to execution, post-production, and delivery of final assets that meet creative and brand standards.Manage video and photo shoots across events, community moments, and partner activations.Oversee editing, color grading, audio, and ensure final assets align with campaign goals.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SMM Lead, Design, and Events teams, to achieve content objectives.Source, onboard, and manage freelance talent and production agencies as needed.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics and timelines for event productions.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and consistency of event content.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Requirements: Proven experience in event production management.Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits: Opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in event production.Chance to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Contribute to the creation of engaging and impactful content.
