Associate Technical Trainer

Overview We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic and English) and tech-savvy individual with a passion for learning and teaching to join the Sitecore Learning team. Based in Dubai, you'll deliver high-quality, virtual and in-person training sessions to Sitecore customers and partners across the Middle East, with occasional travel to other parts of EMEA and Europe for customer engagements. You'll also create digital e Learning content that supports learners worldwide, ensuring a consistent and engaging training experience. You'll collaborate with a global team of trainers, designers, and product experts, working across cultures and time zones while helping regional customers succeed with Sitecore's technology. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, eager to grow in the technology and learning space, and who enjoys presenting, teaching, and building relationships with customers. What you'll do and how you'll contribute What You'll Do Deliver engaging in-person and virtual Business User, Marketer, and Developer training sessions to Sitecore customers and partners across the Middle East, with occasional travel to other EMEA regions.Develop and maintain e Learning content, video tutorials, and learning materials that make mastering Sitecore products simple, accessible, and enjoyable.Support learners of all levels — from marketers to developers — by delivering clear, relatable explanations in both English and Arabic.Collaborate with global and regional teams across Product, Marketing, and Services to ensure training aligns with product updates and customer enablement goals.Prepare and configure demo environments, troubleshoot technical challenges during sessions, and ensure a seamless and professional learning experience.What You Need to Succeed Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences across the Middle East and beyond.Confidence in delivering training both in person and virtually, adapting your approach to different learner levels and cultural contexts.Experience creating or contributing to e Learning content, videos, or other digital learning materials that make complex topics engaging and easy to follow.Self-motivation and accountability, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global, remote team.A curious, tech-savvy mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools, AI features, and platforms like Sitecore, while staying current on the latest digital experience trends.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart Understanding of how modern web applications are built, from front-end frameworks like Next.js and React to .NET-based back-end development, with awareness of cloud-native, headless, and composable architectures.Experience producing interactive e Learning or demo-based videos using tools like Camtasia, Articulate, or AI-driven content platforms.Familiarity with Sitecore or other Saa S-based digital experience platforms.Sitecore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
