Job Title: Sales Manager This role involves driving business growth and expanding the company's footprint in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Growing Business & Market Share: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand market share.Business Development: Develop new business relationships, identify potential clients, and negotiate contracts.Ongoing Business Management: Build and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, promoting Supermicro solutions that meet customer needs.Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (high-tech industry). Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage solutions.Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Super Micro Computer products is preferred.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to build trusted relationships with C-level executives.Relationship Building: Proven track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and proficient in English and local languages.Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
