Phlebotomist job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAEWe are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The primary responsibility of the Phlebotomist is to accurately collect blood samples from patients for testing. This includes preparing the patient, locating veins, drawing blood, labeling specimens, and entering information into the laboratory information system. The Phlebotomist also ensures that all safety protocols are followed and that patient privacy is maintained.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as experience in phlebotomy or related field. The candidate must also demonstrate an understanding of safety protocols, universal precautions, medical terminology, infection control practices, and laboratory procedures. Previous experience working with needles is a plus.The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to remain calm under pressure when dealing with patients who may be anxious about having their blood drawn. They must also be able to follow instructions accurately and pay close attention to detail when recording results and labeling specimens.This position offers a salary of 1700 AED per month along with other benefits such as health insurance for immigrants who qualify for it.
