Advanced Chatbot Testing Specialist

Expert Conversational AI Tester Role Job Summary Seeking a skilled and analytical Conversational AI Tester to join our QA team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing AI-driven conversational platforms such as chatbots and voice assistants.Key Responsibilities: Test and validate chatbot and voice bot interactions across multiple channels (web, mobile app, social messaging platforms, IVR).Collaborate with Product, Development, and NLP teams to ensure accuracy of intents, entities, and dialogue design.Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for conversational journeys.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper coverage of edge cases and user scenarios including fallback, interruptions, disambiguation, and multilingual support.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in QA testing with at least 1–2 years in Conversational AI/Chatbot/Voicebot testing.Experience with tools such as Botium, Postman, Selenium, Appium, Dialogflow, RASA, Microsoft Bot Framework, Lex, or similar platforms.This role is an onsite opportunity in Dubai offering a competitive salary and benefits package, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge conversational AI solutions and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
