Gaming Influencer Marketing Strategist

About This Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Partner Network team.As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and scaling partnerships between game developers, publishers, and gaming influencers.You will identify, engage, and onboard influencers and their agencies to participate in XPN campaigns. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-tier and AAA developers/publishers to drive long-term partnerships.Your role will involve collaborating with game developers and publishers to understand their campaign objectives and match them with suitable influencers. You will also negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and incentives with influencers and agencies.Providing guidance and best practices to influencers and developers for maximizing campaign success is also an essential part of this role. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization.To be successful in this position, you will need to stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and gaming industry developments.
