AI Innovation Lead The Solutions Architecture team is dedicated to ensuring the successful deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI applications for businesses and developers. As trusted advisors and technical partners, we collaborate closely with customers to develop and execute their AI adoption strategy.As an AI Innovation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations across various industries transform their operations through innovative applications such as customer service automation, content generation, and new offerings powered by advanced models.Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of customers, embedding deeply with them to design and deploy Gen AI solutions that meet their unique needs.Engage with senior business and technical stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate the highest-value Gen AI applications in their roadmap.Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance, building hands-on prototypes, and advising on best practices for scaling solutions in production.You'll thrive in this role if you: Have 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar experience working directly with customers.Are a strong communicator, able to explain complex technical and business concepts clearly to executive and practitioner audiences alike.Take end-to-end ownership of challenges, proactively acquiring new skills or knowledge as needed to drive success.Key Responsibilities: Gen AI Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to design and deploy Gen AI solutions that meet their specific needs and goals.Roadmap Development: Work with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate high-value Gen AI applications in customer roadmaps.Customer Success: Drive customer time to value by providing architectural guidance, building prototypes, and advising on best practices for scaling solutions in production.About the Role: This role requires a strong understanding of Generative AI and its applications, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
