Assist in evaluating risk and price SME new business and renewals by working with relevant salespeople and account managers. Learn to assess claims history medical disclosures or other relevant data to make informed decisions. Prepare Table of Benefits and inception documents for renewals and new business inceptions. Learn market dynamics; understanding the competition the environment and clients needs. Support in ensuring UW guidelines meet compliance requirements from a pricing and benefit point of view. Participate in problem solving activities to define problems identify root causes suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively. Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
