Job Title Senior Officer, Documentation, Wealth Description of the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the documentation process. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance or related degrees, and preferably with legal knowledge, operational risk or compliance background.Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance or Related degrees.Preferably with legal knowledge, operational risk or compliance background.Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in the banking sector in CAD or related function is required. Strong background in Documentation related activities is essential.Follow policies, processes and procedures for Consumer, Commercial and Private Banking CAD activities and ensure their implementation within the Department.Comply with the governance framework within CAD including working together with Operational Risks to develop RCSA, Risk Event Reporting and control enhancements.Identify system requirements both for enhancement and maintenance of current systems.Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of Credit Administration framework and operating model.Monitoring of customers' portfolios of the assigned sector / management and documentation control.Ensuring all security/support documents have been properly executed.Carry out the process of documentation preparation to ensure credit documentation and collaterals comply with bank's requirements.Ensure completion of all post approval activities.Reviewing & circulating documentation deficiency reports.Reviewing/verifying approvals obtained for permanent release of collaterals.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
