Swimming Pool Attendant We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Swimming Pool Attendants who want to advance their careers in Recreation. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of responsibility, is capable of working independently, and is comfortable with water rescue operations.Main Responsibilities: Monitor Swimming Areas: To prevent accidents, swimmers must be monitored at all times while in the swimming area.Rescue Swimmers in Danger: Lifeguards must be able to rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid as needed.Maintain Order: The swimming area must be kept clean and organized at all times.Determine Water Quality: Chlorine content and p H levels must be tested regularly to ensure proper pool conditions.Conduct Swimming Meets: Participate in or officiate swimming meets and provide swimming instructions to attendees.Promote Pool Cleanliness: Ensure the pool deck is clean and free of debris.Evaluate Umbrella Safety: Regularly check umbrella safety and ensure proper anchoring when not in use.Provide Emergency Care: Provide emergency care until medical services arrive.Familiarize Yourself: Familiarize yourself with club facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training on water rescue operations and pool maintenance procedures. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
