Aviation Equipment Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Equipment Specialist to perform critical maintenance tasks on our Rescue Hoist Systems.Inspect and maintain equipment, removing any defects or issues that could compromise safety.Conduct thorough inspections of the hoist system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including forms and records.Train personnel on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.Maintain accurate inventory of tools and equipment assigned by the supervisor.About You To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, along with formal training in aviation equipment maintenance.Minimum 5 years of experience working with rescue hoist systems.Familiarity with The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) is preferred.A valid driver's license is required for operating company vehicles.
