Inventory Management Specialist Role The Inventory Management Specialist role is responsible for overseeing the procurement and replenishment of retail products.Maintains accurate inventory management systems, ensuring up-to-date records of stock levels and transactions.Coordinates with suppliers to receive supplies and verifies delivered goods against purchase order specifications.Manages all stock movements and maintains a comprehensive log of all stock activities.Monitors and maintains stock levels within agreed parameters, scanning stock received and delivered to identify discrepancies. Notifies the store manager when approaching or exceeding defined thresholds.Administers returns processes; manages storeroom space for stock and ensures compliance with relevant regulations. Oversees health and safety procedures and collaborates with Store operations staff to identify and prepare damaged stock lists.
