Job Description We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to drive growth in diesel generator sales.Generator Sales & Business Development Develop and execute effective sales strategies for diesel generators and associated spare parts. Identify potential clients in key industries such as construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, and commercial facilities. Generate leads, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence.Spare Parts Sales & Technical Support Handle inquiries and sales for diesel and gas generator spare parts, focusing on genuine and OEM components. Provide expert guidance on part compatibility, usage, and stock availability.Collaborate with after-sales service teams to ensure client satisfaction and prompt resolution of technical issues.Market Analysis & Expansion Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine product positioning. Identify opportunities in new and emerging sectors or geographies.Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders to remain competitive and profitable.Technical Liaison Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure seamless installation, commissioning, and handover of generator systems.Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions to clients. Stay up-to-date on advancements in generator technology, regulatory standards, and environmental compliance.Requirements Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on sales experience in diesel generator sales is required.Education: A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering is preferred.Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of diesel generator control systems and genuine spare parts is essential.Sales Skills: The ability to achieve and exceed sales targets using a strategic and consultative approach is crucial.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proposal drafting and technical presentation delivery, are necessary.Customer Focus: A proven track record in client relationship management and after-sales support is vital.
