Maintenance Engineer - Kitchen Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our kitchen equipment.Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to identify and address any malfunctions or issues that may affect production.Perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks, including handling assigned work orders and dealing with incoming work requests.Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing and electrical systems in the restaurants and shops.To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with your supervisors. You should also be familiar with technical procedures, electrical schematics, and service manuals.Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 7-8 years' experience in a similar role.Good English communication skills.Familiarity with plumbing and electrical works.
