As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment and facilities in our company. This is a full‑time position, with no accommodation provided. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating parts, and replacing worn‑out components Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and upcoming maintenance schedules Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and efficiently complete maintenance tasks Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability when needed Adhere to all company safety procedures while performing maintenance tasks Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Specialist or similar role Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical wiring Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to read technical manuals and schematics Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus) Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed If you have a passion for maintaining equipment and facilities in top working condition, then we want to hear from you!
