Senior Asset Integrity Inspector

Orbit International Survey Services, a leading industrial asset integrity engineering management firm based in the United Arab Emirates since 2006, is committed to providing world-class services and technology that help clients address complex challenges in the oil, gas, marine and renewable energy sectors.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of inspection operations and project compliance while also supporting HR functions such as recruitment and employee documentation.This is a fast-paced role requiring precision, adaptability and excellent communication skills ideal for professionals looking to contribute to large-scale engineering and inspection projects across the UAE and beyond.Manage and monitor inspection schedules ensuring timely execution across all active projects.Prepare, update and maintain all QA/QC documentation including reports, checklists and compliance logs.Coordinate with inspection teams, third-party inspectors, clients and contractors to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of reports.Participate in project meetings with EPC contractors, PMC consultants and clients to provide QC insights and updates.Maintain up-to-date calibration and certification records for inspection equipment and personnel.Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external quality audits.Support the recruitment cycle for technical staff from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding and deployment.Manage employee records including training certificates, HSE documentation and compliance files.Coordinate induction programs and training schedules for new hires.Ensure alignment of all personnel records with client and site-specific requirements.Liaise with payroll, project teams and finance to track timekeeping attendance leave records and mobilization data.Provide administrative assistance for manpower planning, visa processing and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
