Geospatial Mapping Specialist

Job Title: Land Surveyor The role involves conducting land surveys for mapping, boundary demarcation, and other related activities using specialized equipment.Candidates will collect data to produce accurate maps, plans, cross-sections, and documents using GIS software and create 3D models for engineering projects like road designs or building structures.Key responsibilities include establishing survey control networks by setting boundary markers or establishing bearing angles and lines onsite, providing technical advice to clients regarding surveying activities, assessing potential risks associated with survey work, and taking corrective action where necessary.Additionally, complying with all safety regulations when conducting field surveys is essential.Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.Previous experience in land surveying is preferred, but not required.
