The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in small-area painting and blending, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities: Perform precise spot repairs and blending Mix paint accurately for each job, taking into account factors such as color matching and finish Prepare the surface by masking, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal results Demonstrate exceptional skill in delivering high-quality results without the need for full-size paint booths Develop strong relationships with customers and team members through effective communication Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols Requirements: Proven experience in smart repair or spot repair techniques Confidence in advanced paint mixing and blending methods A professional demeanor when interacting with customers Excellent English language skills for effective communication A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory The ability to work legally in the UAE – visa provided by us
