Logistics & Procurement Supervisor Join to apply for the Logistics and Procurement Supervisor role at MEFITPRO . The pay range is based on skills and experience. Base Pay Range Preferably Arabic speaking. Preferable experience in Nutrition, Fitness, Sports, Wellness Industry. Driver's license and car is a must. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily logistics operations: inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, deliveries, and coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams. Optimize transport routes, shipment costs, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations for nutrient and supplement registration, Food Safety & Montaji systems, and CPIP & ZDLM shipment release. Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities, source and negotiate with suppliers (local & foreign), prepare purchase orders, contracts, and maintain supplier relationships. Prepare and analyze reports on logistics and procurement performance; identify risks and propose corrective measures. Ensure all import/export and shipping documentation comply with local and international regulations; maintain accurate records. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards within all logistics operations. Supervise and train logistics staff and warehouse teams, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and foster continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2‑4 years in logistics and procurement. Technical skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (Sage, Tally); understanding of import/export procedures and inventory control systems; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Soft skills: Leadership & communication; organizational and problem‑solving; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
