The coach will assist the employees/families with integration into the new area and accompanying spouses/partners with job search strategies to help them find new employment/career opportunities or career continuation.The ideal candidate has experience coaching others in job search, specifically working with job seekers in Dubai, and is fluent in English and at least one additional (local) language.Establishes rapport with program participants and motivates them to achieve goals.Guides participants through coaching process and milestone completion.Advises and coaches career development, transition issues and career options.Coaches on CV writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing and negotiating.
