Language Model Trainer – APIs & JSON - Dutch (6 Weeks Contract)We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Language Model Trainer to help enhance and fine-tune large language models. The role involves designing high-quality multi-turn conversations that simulate realistic interactions between users and AI assistants. Candidates will craft dialogues reflecting tool usage, logical reasoning, and contextual understanding to train and evaluate AI models. The position is remote and requires strong technical and analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities Design multi-turn conversations simulating interactions between users and AI assistants.Emulate both user and assistant roles, including tool usage and function calls.Ensure logical flow, task feasibility, and proper API/tool usage in dialogues.Craft realistic, engaging, and instructional conversations following quality guidelines.Iterate on conversation examples based on feedback to improve clarity and realism.Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain high-quality deliverables.Must-Have Requirements3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.Strong grasp of APIs, JSON, and logical problem-solving.Experience with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks.Excellent written communication in English.Fluency in Dutch (writing & speaking).Creativity and attention to detail in scenario design.Preferred Qualifications Previous work with AI, LLMs, or conversational data.Familiarity with programming languages or tech stacks.Understanding of real-world assistant behavior and tool-based simulation.Benefits Fully remote work.Exposure to cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM initiatives.Flexible contractor engagement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
