Barista Opportunity We are looking for an experienced coffee professional to join our team in El-Fujairah. The position offers a competitive salary and we are open to considering immigrants for the role.The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a cafe/restaurant setting, knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, such as espresso, latte and cappuccino, and excellent customer service skills.They will also be able to work under pressure and multitask, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, they must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, and have a valid UAE resident permit (for immigrants).The duties of this role include preparing all types of hot and cold drinks according to company recipes and instructions, greeting customers with a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service at all times, maintaining the cleanliness of equipment, counters, tables, floors etc. in accordance with health regulations, actively involving in upselling activities by suggesting additional items or beverages to customers, receiving payments from customers accurately, processing transactions quickly and issuing correct change when required, monitoring inventory levels on products used in the cafe/restaurant, and following safety guidelines when handling kitchen equipment such as espresso machines.This job requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
