Mental Health Specialist - Freelance As a mental health specialist, you will provide support to clients through our telehealth platform. Your role will involve working with clients to address their mental health needs and goals, primarily through 60-minute video sessions.Key Responsibilities Provide individualized mental health support to clients via video or onsite sessions Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction etc Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform Qualifications and Skills Active International Coaching Federation Certification or Master/Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling/Clinical Psychology required Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches (e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)Minimum 200 coaching hours for ICF Coaches, 300 clinical hours post graduation for Counsellors/Clinical Psychologists Proficient in English and local language required Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults or coaching managerial roles prioritized
