CAD Technician/Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Interior Designer to lead design development on projects while managing client relationships. This role requires both creative vision and technical expertise to deliver exceptional interior spaces.Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed interior drawings and construction documents Create joinery and millwork drawings Coordinate drawings with engineering teams Maintain drawing standards and protocols Update drawings throughout project lifecycle Assist in BIM coordination Review shop drawings and submittals Ensure compliance with local regulations Required Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent5-7 years of drafting experience in interiors Working knowledge of Revit (preferred)Strong understanding of interior construction Knowledge of materials and installation methods Attention to detail and accuracy Technical Development: Advanced BIM implementation Complex project exposure Quality control responsibilities To apply, please send your CV and portfolio to careers@rmjmd3.com .
