Airport Logistics Financial Manager

Major clients include airports and airlines worldwide.Job Overview: Financial planning and analysis: forecast business performance and monitor targets. Analyze deviations and define mitigation strategies.Financial reporting: oversee periodical reporting of financial results of projects and cost center performance.Project accounting: oversee project accounting processes (billing, accruals, joint ventures) towards timely completion with supporting documents.Project budget estimation: create and manage project budget from bid evaluation to contract information and updated project team member information.Project planning and forecasting: prepare cost and cash flow plan according to applicable accounting guidelines and underlying project plans. Optimize where possible.Cost controlling and allocation: allocate costs according to cause, coordinates and verifies correctness of cost bookings. Verify actual costs against achieved progress.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.Strong background in project cost planning, finance, accounting or business administration; Master's degree an advantage.Certifications like CPA, CFA, CMA but established QS certification highly advantageous.Direct experience of at least 3 years in project finance, controlling or cost management within project-based environment.Proficiency in creating financial models, budgets, forecasts for analyzing project data. Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Expertise in financial and project management software including Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
